Welcome to mybets.gg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including our website, browser extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BetMetrics OÜ. By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

mybets.gg is a tracking and analytics tool for personal sports betting records. We are not a sportsbook or a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, handle bets, or provide gambling services. Our service is intended strictly for informational and organizational purposes.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false data or engage in suspicious activity.

4. AI Usage & Fair Use

Our Service uses AI to extract data from betslip screenshots. To ensure system stability:

  • You agree not to use automated scripts or bots to trigger scans.
  • Usage is subject to the limits of your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Pro Plus).
  • "Unlimited" scans are subject to a Fair Use policy to prevent commercial abuse or server exhaustion.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Premium features are billed on a recurring basis via our secure payment processor (Creem).

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. Since mybets.gg provides immediate access to digital tools and server-intensive AI resources, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made for technical errors or billing discrepancies at our sole discretion.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Data & Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. As part of our processing workflow:

  • Screenshots uploaded for AI parsing are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.
  • Extracted bet data (odds, stake, result) is stored to provide your analytics.
  • We do not sell your personal or betting data to third parties.

7. User Conduct & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not encourage illegal gambling. You acknowledge that sports betting involves financial risk, and mybets.gg is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BetMetrics OÜ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
